Our connection to Pittsburgh runs deep, and our shared love for baking has been a part of our lives since Ishaan was just a little one. Some of our most cherished moments revolve around choosing and creating cakes to celebrate with our loved ones. However, we also became aware of the fact that many kids in our local area don't have the opportunity to experience this simple joy. That's when we came across Cake4Kids. Realizing that we could bring this same joy to as many kids as possible, we are truly excited to make a real difference in the lives of underserved children in our community!

What’s your favorite thing to bake?

Ishaan: The most important thing to me about baking is not what I am baking, but who I am baking it for. Whether it be my friends, family, or mentors, I’ve love to bake for them. That being said, I particularly enjoy baking artisanal breads, chocolate babka, and pizza!

What’s your life motto?

Priyanka: “It's not the strongest or most intelligent of the species that survives but the one that's most adaptable to change.”

Ishaan: “The most important step a person can take is the next one.”
